Some people will fear what they cannot see.
Some will doubt what they cannot explain.
Some will call it coincidence.
Some will call it crazy.
Some will try to use it for ego, control, or attention.

But intuition, signs, dreams, feelings, inner knowing… these things existed long before us.
Kings listened to them. Warriors listened to them. Entire civilizations were built around them.

Not everything in life can be touched with your hands first. Some things are felt before they are understood.

No matter what gift, feeling, or awareness you carry, use it with responsibility. Use it with truth. Use it to help, guide, create, protect, and grow.

Because the moment a gift is used to harm, manipulate, or control others, it stops being guidance and starts becoming ego.

I’ve seen both sides of it. That’s exactly why I choose to use it with awareness.

People don’t realize it slowly happens.
You start adjusting, accepting, making things okay that never felt right in the first place.

At some point you’re not choosing anymore… you’re just tolerating.

That’s where everything shifts.
Not outside. Inside.

The moment you raise what you expect
and lower what you’re willing to accept,
life responds immediately.

You don’t need more.
You just need to stop allowing less.

“All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.”

Shakespeare knew it back then, and it’s more relevant now than ever.
We’ve all been cast into roles by the politicians, music industry, Hollywood, and even the world of sports. We’ve been manipulated actors in a play we didn’t write. We’ve been told what beauty looks like, that aging is a curse, and that perfection is something external. They’ve sold us twisted ideas about sexuality, stripped away the beauty of natural masculinity and femininity, and fed us disgusting beliefs about how men and women should act and interact. Just look at the opening of the recent Olympics, it’s all there.
This is a wake up call to stop letting others control the narrative. It’s time to take back your power, to live life on your own terms, and to reject the lies we’ve been fed. You don’t need anyone to define what’s true for you. Truth is something you find within, not something dictated by society.
You don’t need to look far, the truth is right in front of you, waiting to be seen in all its raw beauty. Drop the lies, see through the illusions, and step into a life that’s authentically yours. You are the creator of your own story. ✍🏼

You don’t need to wait for one day a year to reflect, seek forgiveness, or offer it to yourself. If you’re waiting for that day, it’s a sign you’re not where you should be. Every day is an opportunity to check in with yourself, to live authentically, and to ensure you’re staying true to your values. Don’t wait until Yom Kippur to remind yourself to seek or offer forgiveness, make it part of your daily practice.
If you walk through life waiting for a specific moment to ask for forgiveness, you’re missing the point. Live truthfully every day, no matter what role you play in the lives of others. Be authentic, even when others try to define your part in their story.
You may not be able to control how people use you in their narratives, but you can always control your own authenticity. Stay true to yourself every second of your life, not just one day a year.
May you wake up, open your eyes, and realize there’s nothing and no one to forgive but yourself. Align with your inner truth, and live free.

For those who celebrate, Wishing you a meaningful, peaceful, and easy Yom Kippur filled with clarity and inner peace.

Ella loves nature! Mostly, she loves the life lessons I share with her through the animals and nature we’ve experienced together. Recently, I told her about the spider..🕷️
Spiders are remarkable creatures, showcasing patience and determination in their craft. When building their intricate webs, they don’t pause to question whether it’s the right time or if they feel like it. Instead, they instinctively weave, demonstrating a profound lesson in perseverance. Each strand is a testament to their commitment and focus, reminding us that success often requires consistent effort and the willingness to take action, regardless of our doubts or emotions. Just as spiders patiently construct their homes, we too can achieve our goals by embracing dedication and following through with our intentions. We too can learn from the spider, look at it, and start weaving your own web of life!

“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly” 🦋 Chuang Tzu.

Butterflies embody a beautiful lesson in transformation and resilience. When they enter the chrysalis stage, they are unaware of the incredible change that awaits them. In their seemingly dormant state, they undergo a profound metamorphosis, surrendering to a process that will ultimately allow them to emerge as vibrant, graceful creatures. This journey reminds us that sometimes we must embrace periods of uncertainty and stillness, trusting that growth is happening beneath the surface. Just like butterflies, we too can awaken to our true potential after navigating our own challenges, emerging stronger and more beautiful than before.

The elimination of Nasrallah, one of the biggest perpetrators of violence, highlights the grim reality of a life spent in the business of killing innocent people. When you twist the truth and oppress your own people for personal gain and ego, this is how your “legacy” ends! lost to history and remembered for the pain he caused. He may have thought he stood for something noble, but in reality, he was destructive not just to those he opposed, but to his own people and every human being. He did not serve the public; he served himself. Let this serve as a reminder: true strength lies in protecting the innocent and fostering peace, not in sowing division and terror. Justice will prevail, and a brighter future awaits those who strive for prosperity and compassion.
