Florida Lawyers Assistance

Promoting wellness within the legal community, and helping lawyers address substance use, stress, and mental health concerns.

The program created in 1986 pursuant to a mandate from the Florida Supreme Court to assist lawyers, judges, and law students dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues. The services are free and completely confidential. Anonymity of participants is protected by both Florida law and Florida Bar rules.
