Thank you to everyone who voted and supported me — I’m honored to announce that I have been named one of the 2025 Top 5 EB-5 Broker-Dealers by EB5 Investors Magazine!

This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the trust and confidence of the EB-5 community, along with the magazine’s standards for licensed professionals who conduct thorough due diligence and uphold the highest ethical practices.

As a FINRA-regulated broker with prior experience as an immigration attorney, I’ve been working as an EB-5 investment broker since 2020, helping investors navigate project selection with clarity and confidence. I’m also proud to serve as a Member of the AILA EB-5 Investor Committee and to have previously spent three years as Chair of the IIUSA Public Policy Committee.

This is an example of another completed EB-5 project. It's an office and retail space. $18 million for this building was raised through EB-5 investors.
They already received approval of their green cards and were repaid their initial capital investment.
An interesting fact about this particular project, its anchor tenant is REl, which is a large retail store for outdoor sports, camping, and fishing. Until this EB-5 project was built, there was no REI location.Outdoor enthusiasts had nowhere to go and shop for their equipment.
This was a non-met need here in Washington, DC. This is a great example of how one EB-5 project can make a difference in a block and attract additional investment and visitors to the area to improve it.

The EB‑5 Program allows investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) to apply for a Green Card if they:

👷‍♂ Plan to create or preserve 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers

Created by Congress in 1990, the EB‑5 Program aims to stimulate the U.S. economy through foreign investment and job creation. The Regional Center Program (established in 1992) allows investors to participate in projects approved by USCIS that promote economic growth. ✅

What does a successful EB-5 project look like? It’s a project that’s completed, created jobs, and is fully operational.
