Nason Yeager shareholder John F. Flanigan was recently quoted in the South Florida Business Journal in its coverage of the $380.65 million bond financing for The Winsberg at Green Cay, a new continuing care retirement community planned in Boynton Beach.

As issuer’s counsel, John represented the Palm Beach County Health Facilities Authority in connection with the financing, which will support construction of the senior living community featuring independent living, assisted living and memory care units, along with a range of amenities.

“This was a significant financing for a major senior living project in Palm Beach County, and we were pleased to assist the Authority in bringing the transaction to closing,” John said.
