An Unexpected Find - CVI.CHE 105

I’ll admit it — a shopping mall is not the first place I think of when planning a special dinner.

For CVI.CHE 105 Boca Raton at Town Center, I’m happy to make an exception.
Peruvian cuisine was completely new to me, which made the experience even more fun.

From the moment we walked in, everything felt different — the décor, the energy, the wonderful staff and, most importantly, the food.

Creative, beautifully presented and full of flavors I simply wasn’t familiar with.
Sometimes the best local discoveries are the ones you weren't expecting to find.
CVI.CHE 105 was one of those for me — and definitely worth a stop.

The Best Time to Prepare to Sell? Before You’re Ready.

One of the best times to talk about selling your home may be before you’ve actually decided to sell it.

Why? Because when there is no deadline, there is also no pressure.

You have time to determine what should be updated — and what absolutely isn’t worth spending money on. Time to understand your micro-market, gather important documents, address small issues, think about furnishings and presentation, and choose the timing that makes the most sense for you.

Sometimes that preparation begins six months before a sale. Sometimes a year. And sometimes, after looking at everything carefully, the best decision is simply to wait.

That’s perfectly fine too.

I’ve always believed that preparing to sell and deciding to sell are two very different things.
