Closing Day!!🏡✨

These two were truly some of my favorite clients to work with. Smooth transaction, great communication, and just genuinely wonderful people from start to finish.

With a baby on the way, they were outgrowing their current home, so I had the privilege of helping them find a place with more space for this next chapter of life.

We closed on their new home today… and in about three weeks we’ll be getting their current home on the market!

Five years.

That’s how long my clients and I stayed connected …sending listings, checking in, talking strategy, and waiting for the right moment.
Today, they closed on their new Lake Murray lot and are finally one step closer to building the lake home they’ve been dreaming about.
