There are some clients who become so much more than just another transaction, and these wonderful sellers are exactly that.

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping them purchase this home. Now, I've been honored to help them sell it as they begin an exciting new chapter and head back out west. While we're certainly going to miss having them nearby, I couldn't be happier for them as they start this new adventure!

It's been a long couple weeks and I'm about a week behind on this post, moving and unpacking and what not:) Anyway, we sold our home!! Thanks to Miranda Mann for bringing us a buyer in house. Of course I would always recommend every buyer list their home on the MLS to generate as much activity as possible, however, for our situation this worked out perfectly. We are off to our "new" project that will hopefully be our forever home! Thanks to Brittaney McIlquham with Indiana Home Title for, once again making things happen.
