Having a home listed and not selling is a disappointing situation to be in. Having an experienced agent on your side with marketing plan and a positive outlook is what is needed. Not all Real Estate agents work the same and not all homes sell even when listed with a Real Estate agent; building a good relationship is key to a successful transaction. I have a plan that has been proven to be successful when followed; selling a home is a team effort that uses 3-main ingredients:
