hen something isn't going quite right or finding a solution with them. Not only can I pass on what I have learned over the years, I also gain so much insight from our agents' experiences. Learning is a two way street.

Over the years, we have only added services and training for our agents without changing our fee structure. What I am most proud of, is our continued support of the organization in the fight to end homelessness. I had a fantastic time this morning speaking on a real estate panel at Itasca Country Club! Huge thanks to Nick Ferrante and Fairway Mortgage for the invite. It was a great opportunity to gain insights from the other panelists. In real estate, one thing is certain- you never stop learning and adaptability is key!

Many laughs tonight supporting Randy Ledbetter’s Class perform . It all started with our book club book: Sell it Like Serhant when Randy decided to take improv classes!! Congrats on graduating from level 4 improv! Your class was awesome and had amazing energy! Will be coming back to support this little gem close to home.
