LOAN DOCUMENT SIGNING FEES
$100.00 One Set Mortgage Documents Includes travel within 40 miles roundtrip (20 mile radius of Blissfield, MI)
$ 0.80 Travel Charge per mile over 40 miles roundtrip.
$25.00 E-doc fee up to 100 page document package.
$35 101 pages up to 150 pages
$50 151 pages up to 250 pages. Includes printing of 2 sets.
E-doc Fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign.
$10.00 Copy Fee Up to 200 pages
$15 201 pages up to 250 pages
Copy fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign.
$25.00 Notary Wait Fee for 16 minutes to 30 minutes. Will wait first 15 minutes at no extra charge.
Full Charges:
No Show Fee After waiting 1/2 hour, there is not enough time to complete the signing in time allotted.
Full fee and other charges apply.
$65.00 Cancellation Fee if less than five business (8:00-5:00) hours before scheduled appointment.

Client Refusal to Sign... If there are questions during the signing, I attempt to reach the contact person(s) during the signing. When contact is unreachable, I encourage client to write questions on a pad I have for that purpose, and tell them to call their contact person for answers the next business day, assuring them they can cancel the loan within rescission period if their questions are not answered to their satisfaction.
If client refuses to sign, full charges apply.
$65.00 Lender or Title Company's Error or Omissions resulting in a follow-up visit - 5 or fewer pages.
Full Charges: Lender or Title Company's Error or Omissions resulting in a follow up visit - over 5 pages, or Documents Redrawn
