While we do still have power this morning, we are currently without Internet, which means our phone system is down. As a reminder, today is the 4th Wednesday of the month, making it an Administrative Day for our office.

If you need to drop anything off, you can utilize the lockbox to the left of our front door. We will return to our normal operating schedule tomorrow, Thursday the 24th at 9 AM.

We would like to let people know that as of now, we do not have a FedEx drop off box at our office. The box was taken without any notice to us, and until we can figure out what happened and whether we can get a box back, we will not have one onsite. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we know it’s the only box of its kind in Black Mountain.

Today, Wednesday, August 12 is our first Administrative Day of the month. Our office will be by appointment only and not accepting walk-ins. We will resume our normal operating schedule tomorrow at 9 AM.

Our second Administrative Day this month will be Wednesday, August 26th.

Beginning with the month of July, our office will be by appointment only on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. For July, this will be July 8th and 22nd.

We will still conduct real estate closings and other conferences as needed on those days, but we will not accept walk-ins.
