The Jefferson County Tax Valuations are super late and out of control this year. If you want me to protest your valuation, let me know, I've already got a ton of protests to work and I'm happy to give a discount to my fellow suffering Jefferson County residents.

In Jefferson County, "Township 22" (the first number in the parcel ID) is Township 17-S, Range 3-W; "23" is T17S, R2W; "29" is T18S, R3W; and "28" is T18S, R2W. OK? The Sections and Quarter Sections are standard, then block and parcel. In less developed areas of the County they may do "0" Quarter Sections and "000" blocks then a parcel #.
