Great review from Zain... "I could not recommend or speak highly of any other attorney as much as I can recommend Barrone Defense Firm, and in particular Patrick. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of having to retain Patrick on 3 separate instances and 3 separate counties for major cases and 2-3 times for small issues. Patrick with his knowledge, his highly regarded respect among his peers in the community whether it be judges, prosecutors’ office, or the probation office and expert knowledge in traffic stops has always delivered an overwhelming positive results including 2 complete dismissals of 2 separate cases, and a non-moving violation on 1 instance. I would say I was lucky if this one isolated instance, but to do these 3 times is nothing short of remarkable. I owe a lot to this firm and I hope I do not ever have to give Patrick a call at 2am ever again. Could not recommend any other defense firm."

In a Michigan DUI causing death case, the prosecution must prove your operation was a proximate cause of the death and the victim's own conduct, speed, or intoxication can matter.
