Beginning January 1, 2024 most businesses registered with the Secretary of State (LLC, Corporations, etc.) will be required to file a BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) report!

Beneficial ownership reporting is a new rule issued by the Financial Crimes enforcement Network (FinCEN) requiring business owners to provide personal identification.

If the report is not filed you can be fined up to
$500 PER DAY up to $10,000 and various other penalties.

MISSING PERSON: The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is trying to make contact with Tommy Michael Allred.

Allred lives in the Cordova area, and his last known whereabouts were in the Curry area in early December. Concerned family members filed a police report on December 16.

Allred is possibly traveling in a gray 2007 Hyundai Tiburon, and is likely accompanied by Bonnie Engelhardt in the Winston County area.
