Local business spotlight - Recently, I was privileged to join Melvin Airhart and his wonderful wife, Cherry, my friends, mentors, pastors, and coaches, along with several other partners, life coaching clients, and certified life coaches who gathered to celebrate 15 years of Principio Coaching and 13 years of Principio Coffee. Principio Coaching raises awareness and increases value by cultivating the ideas and insights within a person. Principio Coffee imports coffee beans and cascara (the coffee cherry husk that makes for a powerful antioxidant tea) from Honduras, and deploys the profits back into Honduras for community development. I have personally benefitted from, and can attest to the power of, both organizations.
