I don’t normally like to brag on myself, but I once heard an old fellow say, “It’s a sorry dog that won’t wag its own tail.” So, just this once, I thought I’d wag mine a little.
It would be natural for you to think that the type of case I’m handling for you is the type of case I’ve always handled. But I handle a lot of different types of cases,, so I wanted to post a reminder about my background and the other ways I may be able to help you.
For more than 32 years, I have represented hundreds of people in cases involving:
• Wrongful death
• Motor vehicle crashes involving tractor-trailers, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and other vehicles
• Premises liability cases, sometimes called “slip and fall” cases
• Alabama workers’ compensation claims
• Dog bites and attacks
• Dram shop cases involving injuries caused by someone who was improperly served alcohol
If you, a family member, or a friend ever needs help with one of these types of cases, I’d be honored if you would call me at 205-INJURED.
And since I’m already wagging my tail, here’s a little more about me that you may not know:
I attended Bible college in England, graduated from the University of Florida, and served our country as an artillery officer in the United States Army. I later graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law. I took and passed the bar examinations in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and I am also a member of the Tennessee and District of Columbia Bars. I am one of only six Alabama attorneys currently board certified in Civil Practice Advocacy.
But there’s a lot more to my life than practicing law. I’ve been married for nearly 40 years, and my wife and I have four children and seven grandchildren. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit all 50 states and 27 countries, and over the years I’ve played both guitar and bass in my church’s praise band.
After three decades of practicing law, I’m grateful for the people who have trusted me to help them through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Your trust means a great deal to me, and I never take it for granted.
