The Residences at 370 Brown Birmingham have officially opened. As the residential leasing and management company, we're excited to announce that demand is strong — prior to opening, 6 of the 22 ultra-luxury residences had already leased.
To celebrate, we hosted 200 local residential brokers along with 250 clients, partners, friends, and family. Guests toured the landscaped courtyard shared with Restoration Hardware, as well as several of the residences. Afterward, everyone gathered on our resort-style rooftop for dinner and drinks. The weather couldn't have been better!
Thank you to Boji Group, LLC, Saroki Architecture, Sachse Construction, and TVA+RLA for hosting and celebrating with us.
