Stepping into bigger rooms… ❤️

I’ve learned that growth often requires us to step outside of what’s comfortable, raise our hands, and be willing to serve at a level we’ve never served before.

I’m incredibly honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve on the National Association of REALTORS® Conventional Financing & Policy Committee alongside industry leaders from across the country.

For me, leadership has never been about having a title or a seat at the table. It’s about what you DO with that seat. It’s about listening, learning, advocating, asking the hard questions, and making sure the voices of those we represent are heard.

There was a time in my life when I couldn’t have imagined being in rooms like these. And I never want to lose sight of that. Every opportunity to grow is also an opportunity to give back.

Bigger rooms come with bigger responsibilities. And I’m walking into this one with humility, gratitude, and a genuine desire to serve.

Congratulations to my fellow Birmingham Association of REALTORS® members who have also answered the call to serve nationally! What an incredible representation of our association.

Here’s to continuing to grow, continuing to learn, and never being afraid to step into a room that stretches us.

Throughout my real estate career, I have believed that leadership is not about a title or a seat at the table. It’s about showing up, listening, advocating, and being willing to do the work that makes a difference for others.
