Hello. Individual family seeking potential investor/financier for rent-2-own or rent-lease, low money down arrangement in the Pike or Wayne County, PA area. Stable family of 5 humans + 1 cat. Stable, long-term family, currently renting a smaller house in rural Sullivan County, NY - been here 6-7 years, and was 6 years at previous place.

Husband is career Healthcare worker, current income ~$88K-$90K but poor credit. Wife is teacher but currently home due to remote schooling 3 kids. Max monthly rent/lease/mortgage before utilities + costs would be estim. $1,100. - $1,200.

Essentially looking for investor looking to purchase potentially property a quality property, rent-2-own for X years, and take your profit however we work the contract so long as the numbers work out for all parties.

November meeting was our first using zoom for those who couldn’t be there. An eviction attorney from Rochester joined us. She is also a registered lobbyist (i didn’t know you had to be registered to lobby). She was a wealth of information. I’ll include her information in the next email. I had trouble getting the sound through the speaker at the Spot. If we continue with zoom meetings I’ll need to figure that out. It was challenging to listen through my computer.
The next meeting is January 27. 6:00 meal and socializing 7:00-8:30 meeting. If there is something you’d like to hear about or a person you’d like to have at the meeting please message me.
