I am handling a similar case now in Detroit. A squatter took over a rental property in Detroit owned by a client. She filed an obviously false quit claim deed naming herself as owner. I should get a judgment shortly.

I am handing a similar case now in Detroit. A squatter took over a $100K+ newly renovated home and filed an obviously false deed to claim ownership herself. I filed a lawsuit to get the property back and invalidate the deed. Ideally, I will get a judgment shortly.
