What started as an idea became a company Iโm incredibly proud of. Today, that story continues as Taylor & Associates Real Estate joins forces with Island Welcome Real Estate.
When I founded Taylor & Associates, I wanted to build a company centered on serving people well, leading by example, developing great agents, and building lasting relationships grounded in integrity, respect, and loyalty.
This decision was about much more than merging two real estate companies. It was about finding the right place to continue what we started, where our values aligned, our people could grow, and we could build something with the potential to last for generations.
Sandy has spent years building a respected local brand, an incredible career, and a reputation that means something in the Florida Keys. I have tremendous respect for what she has created, and Iโm honored to help carry that legacy forward while building the next chapter together.
Iโll be joining Island Welcome as Partner and Director of Agent Development, working alongside Sandy and our growing team to continue building one of the premier locally owned, independent brokerages in the Florida Keys.
The name on the sign may be changing, but the principles behind what we do are not.
Our clients will continue receiving the personal service, local expertise, hard work, and commitment they expect from us, now supported by an even greater network of talented agents, marketing, technology, and local resources.
For our agents, my commitment remains the same: to provide the leadership, mentorship, support, and opportunity to build businesses and careers they can be proud of.
