🌟 A Journey of Growth and Persistence 🌟

Back in June 2023, I set out on an exciting journey to create my own YouTube channel, focused on the real estate industry in Maine and how I uniquely assist buyers and sellers in navigating one of the largest and most stressful financial decisions of their lives.

The beginning was tough—I felt like everything had to be perfect. But I kept pushing forward. Fast forward to today, and I’m now receiving messages from people all over the globe (and right here in Maine) seeking my help. Just the other day, I received a badge recognizing the number of views I’ve gained, and my subscriber count is now growing by the hundreds each week.

I’m sharing this not to boast, but to inspire anyone who might be struggling with self-doubt or perfectionism. Keep moving forward, don’t give up, and believe in yourself. Success will follow.

Effective August 17th, the Multiple Listing Service will no longer permit sellers and listing agents to advertise a broker buyer commission. Sellers should be aware that whatever percentage they negotiate with their Realtor to sell their house will not include any portion for a buyer broker, as per the NAR settlement. Consequently, buyers are likely to request concessions when submitting an offer. Ensure you understand that the percentage agreed upon with the listing agent does not cover a fee for the buyer broker.
