CA Legal Search is seeking an Legal Search Director / Legal Recruiter to become a part of our team! You will represent legal candidates in their job search.

Responsibilities:

Make 40-60 daily recruiting calls to various legal professionals throughout California;
Clean up and edit resumes;
Advise on legal market and career growth;
Negotiate above-market salaries;
Interview preparations;
Research various opportunities to determine best fit for each individual attorney.

​​Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales (Phone sales preferred);
2 or 4 year degree from a College/University ;
Legal and/or recruiting experience (preferred not necessary);
Ability to build rapport with candidates;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Interest in high-level recruiting and/or law.
