The FIRST INSTALLMENT is due on November 1st and is delinquent if the payment is not received by 5:00 pm or postmarked by December 10th. A 10% penalty is assessed for delinquent payments.

The SECOND INSTALLMENT is due on February 1st and is delinquent if the payment is not received by 5:00 pm or postmarked by April 10th. A 10% penalty + $10 fee is assessed for delinquent payments.

If December 10th or April 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the delinquency date is the next business day.

Tax Period covered by each installment:

1st Installment -- Covers taxes from July 1 through December 31st

2nd Installment – Covers taxes from January 1 through June 30th

1. The entire annual tax bills is mailed in October and available online in early October.
