One of the most important parts of representing a buyer happens after the offer is accepted.
It’s not only about getting into escrow, it’s about understanding what the property truly represents for the buyer.
During a transaction, certain conditions in a property can have a major impact on whether that purchase truly benefits the buyer. You have to evaluate the inspection findings, repair costs, current investment, future equity, resale timing, and overall long-term value.
Reading reports carefully, getting the right estimates, and understanding how those issues affect the bigger picture is essential.
Sometimes the right decision is to move forward.
And sometimes the right decision is to step back and move on to the next property.
My role is to help my clients see that clearly and protect their interests throughout the process.
