Hello, everyone. Wayne Bartlett here.
Stephanie and I recently shared a message with our agents to let them know how proud we are of the work they are doing. As we talked about it, we realized we wanted to share that same message with our community.
You have been so good to Progressive Realty. You have trusted us with your homes, your properties, your investments, and your referrals. You have supported our agents, encouraged our growth, and allowed us to continue serving the community we are so proud to call home.
We want you to know what is happening at Progressive, but we also want you to know just how remarkable the people representing our company truly are. We really couldn’t be more proud of them.
The past several months have brought tremendous growth and positive change to Progressive Realty.
When Stephanie and I brought Progressive Realty and Move Realty together, we did so with a shared vision of what we believe a real estate firm can and should be. Since then, we have taken time to listen, restructure, and become even more intentional about who we are, how we serve, and where we are going.
Today, Progressive Realty is a firm of dedicated, full time real estate professionals who genuinely care about their clients, their community, and one another.
Stephanie and I have high expectations, beginning with ourselves. We believe in continuing to learn, improve, adapt, and work hard for the people who trust us. Our agents have embraced that same commitment, and we could not be more proud of the way they continue to show up for their clients and support each other.
This is a challenging and constantly changing real estate market. Success requires consistency, creativity, determination, and a willingness to adjust when needed. Our agents continue to rise to that challenge every day.
To our incredible team, please know that we see your hard work. We see the long hours, the care you give your clients, and the determination you bring to your businesses. We are grateful to work alongside each of you, and we are genuinely honored to work alongside you. We tell you all the time we need you just as much as you need us. And we mean that.
There are many exciting things happening at Progressive Realty. We have wonderful residential listings on the way, continued growth in land and commercial real estate, and well over 100 new homes expected to come to market during the next 12 to 18 months.
While we are excited about these opportunities, our focus will always remain on the people behind them. Here, it is not simply about numbers. It is about serving people well, building lasting relationships, supporting the community that has supported us, and earning trust one client at a time.
To our clients, customers, friends, neighbors, and community, thank you. Every listing, closing, referral, and opportunity begins with your trust. We never take that for granted, and we look forward to continuing to give back to the community that has given so much to us.
