Congratulations to partner Brian J. Taylor who has joined the Board of Directors of the West Chester Area YMCA.

Brian concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, education and employment law. He is the chair of the firm’s Investigations and Compliance Services Team and a certified Title IX investigator through SUNY’s Student Conduct Institute; he regularly conducts internal investigations for clients on Title IX, employment discrimination and workplace disputes including harassment, retaliation and breaches of codes of conduct and other policies.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.

Congratulations to attorney Joey Kemmerling who has been named a Forty Under 40 honoree for 2026 by Lehigh Valley Business. The Forty Under 40 awards recognize future leaders of the Lehigh Valley who are not only achieving success in their careers, but are also dedicated to giving back to our community.

Joey is an attorney in KingSpry’s Business, Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups. He earned his Juris Doctor, cm laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Congratulations to attorney Joseph Kemmerling who has been named Secretary of the Board of Victory House of the Lehigh Valley as of their August meeting. Joey has served as a board member of the group since 2024. Victory House provides a safe haven for homeless men and Veteran men, providing the support they need to rebuild their lives with dignity, honor, and respect.

Joey's legal practice includes business and real estate disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and construction liability. He also handles orphans’ court litigation, including guardianship matters and trust and estate disputes.

Another amazing KingSpry Scavenger Hunt is in the books! Thanks to all who played today, the downtown merchants who happily played along, and a special thanks to Shelby at Sorcery and Scripts and Vito and the whole team at The Brick for hosting our shenanigans. Our theme this year was “Once Upon a Time” in honor or our founding partners and our 25th anniversary.
