I am sending out this post to make the public aware of our Corrupt Justice System. I am a supporter of an innocent man who has been incarcerated over 33 years for the crime of murder that he DID NOT COMMIT!! I want the Public aware of the illegal and unjust imprisonment of Mr. Nelson Rodriguez who is presently incarcerated at the Wende Correctional Facility in Alden N.Y.
It was known through three trials that Mr. Rodriguez was not at the crime scene when the murders occurred. Two trials were hung juries. The third trial after 2 days of deliberation the Jury asked to have the testimony of the only star witness to be read to them. The testimony was read back to the Jury and the Jury sent a note to the court. The note asked if the Jury could find one man guilty and acquit the other (Mr. Nelson Rodriguez) because the prosecution failed to place him at the scene. The judge's response implied that the same verdict should be found for both defendants, nonetheless, even still after finding the other defendant guilty the Jury agonized for another 24 hours before caving to the misguidance and misdirection of the judge.
They had witnesses to prove his innocence but that was withheld. They had never filed an indictment against Mr. Rodriguez until four years after he was incarcerated. Mr. Nelson Rodriguez, a man without not even so much as a traffic ticket who we now know was illegally arrested and illegally tried in this case and was wrongfully convicted.
This man has suffered, he spent his days learning the law, he prevailed with a May 8th, 2013, Default Judgement which is filed in the Cayuga County Clerk's office in Auburn, New York, he has become one of the top inmate Representatives of other inmates and has assisted and helped liberate other inmates and provided legal guidance to fight the New York State Corrupt Justice System. To him "ALL LIVES MATTER" !!!
He was being held in the Auburn Correctional Facility in Auburn N.Y. when in 2013 being granted the Default Judgement that exonerated him, he should have been released. He has had to fight for his rights to be released all the years he has been incarcerated. Finally in May of this year the Superintendent and Mr. Rodriguez's ORC officer at the Auburn Correctional Facility arranged for him to be transferred to a New York City detention center and then released. Only to have an officer at the Auburn Correctional Facility overwrite the order and had him sent to the Wende Correctional Facility instead. The Superintendent promised he would write a letter to Wende Correctional Facility explaining the error. Never happened!!!
His fight continues as the Judges and Attorneys and Courts refuse to acknowledge his rights!! "Keeping Hope Alive" !!!
Let's not let Mr. Rodriguez fight his battle alone any longer!! We need to collect signatures to expose the Corrupt Criminal Justice System!!!
