Always a good reminder to be neighborly, but especially so for . This one’s also for property managers and homeowners association board members to get to know neighbors and be friendly with even just a smile if not to stop and chat.

February 17th is ‘World Kindness Day’, which got us to thinking how we could incorporate random acts of kindness into our own neighborhood.

Portside Village townhouses on Benicia Marina are getting painted new colors. Swatches are on either side of the building located at 374-394 East E Street to show how the shades appear in different sun exposures. Which colors do you like best? (Color names are on the blue tape.) Good to see the project under way as it was delayed last year due to Covid.
