Here’s a quick snapshot of what’s happening:
• Bend saw a slight dip in median home price, with inventory tightening to a 2.5-month supply
• Redmond remains the steadiest market, though days on market increased
• Sisters experienced a big jump in median sale price and a sharp drop in inventory
• Sunriver saw a significant increase in median price and faster sales activity
