One question: Do you have a Revocable Living Trust? If not, you should! One of the saddest calls I get are from heirs that need to file a probate because their parent did not have a Trust. The process is a nightmare, takes months and is VERY costly.

Everyone should have that time to grieve the loss of their loved one, not be tangled in the probate process.

Law firms generally charge from $3,500- $5,000+. My fee for a Trust package for a single person is $1,700 and for a married couple $1,900, and includes the following documents:

1. Revocable Living Trust
2. Certification of Trust
3. 2-Pourover Wills
4. 2-Durable POA
5. 2-Healthcare Directive
6. Deed to place your home into your Trust
