CLOSED!

This one feels a little bit better than the other experiences thus far in my short career in Real Estate. A friend of mine said that his dad was looking to retire on the Oregon Coast and he needed some assistance. I did not hesitate to take on this task because this one is pretty much family. Closed!!

In a very competitive market I had given my buyers the advice to be patient, don't get emotionally attached and we will find the perfect home. They trusted me through the offers that we lost, the homes that didn't quite fit, and the many sleepless nights. Needless to say, we found them this wonderful home!
