Congratulation! Rick and Rebecca, your home is officially Under Contract! Homes don’t sell quickly by accident. When a property moves fast, it’s almost always because the seller committed to doing the right things from day one. The sellers understood that it rains in Salem and their garage was an important place to load and unload kids, dogs, groceries, and people in a warm, inviting space. Is your garage working for you?
