This sweet first-time buyer found exactly that—quiet country acreage, space to dream, and a home they can shape over time with intention and care.

We continue to be inspired by the incredible women in this group and the impact they’re making throughout Bemidji. A special shoutout to our 5 WIN members who were nominated for awards through the Bemidji Chamber Awards of Excellence. Good luck to all of the amazing women nominated! 👏

We also loved hearing from Hannah Johnson of Triple C Excavating. It was inspiring to learn more about how she and her husband continue to give back to our community in more ways than one. Hannah also shared some wonderful advice and encouragement on getting involved locally and building meaningful connections right here in Bemidji.

And one of my favorite parts of a monthly meetup, seeing so many new faces in the room! Thank you for continuing to spread the word, invite your friends, and help grow this supportive community of women.

This home almost wasn’t theirs.
By the time we found it, it was already under contract.

But sometimes life has a way of reopening doors exactly when they’re meant to be walked through.

A few weeks later, the opportunity came back around—and this time, we were ready.

This journey wasn’t just about finding a house. It was about finally having a place to exhale. A place to gather. A place to call their own after a season of uncertainty and waiting.

And while there were challenges along the way, this story is also a reminder of how important the right team can be. The lender, the support system, the family surrounding them through every step—it all mattered.

By closing day, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.
Because this wasn’t just a transaction.
