As always, your monetary contribution plays a crucial role in cutting down our costs and making it a successful fundraiser that will help meet our budgetary needs and support the ministries of our church.
Donations and sponsorships can be made by businesses, families, individuals or anonymously. Donations may be made for the purpose of any combination of the following: 1. Mention of Family or Personal Name;
2. Business Brand Exposure; 3. In Memory of family members; or
4. Anonymously (no advertisement mention).
LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP
1. DONATIONS TO FOOD BOARD (levels vary)
Thank you recognition in weekly bulletins
2. $100 PARISH FAMILY SPONSOR
Mention of Parish Family, together with other families on a “Parish Family Banner” (color or B/W 2’x6’ vinyl banner)
Mention in “Thanking Parish Family Sponsors” list in weekly bulletins
3. $300 BANNER SPONSOR
Company name/logo or family name or both (color or B/W 2’x6’ vinyl banner)
Banner remains in St. Irene Hall for six months
4. $500 BUSINESS SOCIAL MEDIA BANNER
Company name/logo or family name or both (color or B/W 2’x6’ vinyl banner)
Banner remains in St. Irene Hall for six months
Mention in “GyroFest Business Sponsors” in weekly bulletins
Mention in “GyroFest Business Sponsors” on church website and social media (FB, Instagram) leading to event
Logos may be submitted as camera-ready art or as electronic files. Acceptable electronic files should all be at least 300 dpi in the following formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF and emailed to [email protected].
