It’s always fun getting to help folks buy their dream home! Sometimes plans change and a year later your phone rings saying it’s time to sell. 🏡

🥁 I am excited to announce that I am now the Designated Broker of Pellego & Lotside! 🥁

If you’d asked me at the beginning of 2024, leaving Bellwether was not on my bingo card, but I’m so proud of the time spent mentoring and working alongside so many great brokers.

At Pellego/Lotside, I have the pleasure of serving our 400+ brokers across Washington State and help our continued growth across WA and beyond. With 14 years (and counting!) of experience as a real estate broker, this has been an exciting new step in my career.

A recent review from a client who relocated with his family from the East Coast. One of the things I pride myself on is my availability — it doesn’t matter how “good” of an agent someone might be if they aren’t ever available.

A relocation is a perfect test case: a 3-hour time difference, 3,000 miles of distance between us and arguably one of the most exciting but stressful life events — communication is absolutely vital. Being reachable in spite of these obstacles means being flexible and available when my clients are… which is usually not within a typical 9-5, Monday-Friday schedule.
