Tucked above Lake Whatcom, this lodge-style retreat delivers the mountain-cabin lifestyle Whatcom County buyers dream about — soaring wood ceilings, a great room built for gathering, and total privacy — all just a 10-minute drive from the water. Launch a paddleboard or grab a swim at Bloedel Donovan Park, hit the Hertz Trail lakeshore path or climb to the Chanterelle Overlook, or take a dip at the Lake Whatcom Park public access — then come home to your own private lodge in the trees. This is lake living for the price of a home that doesn't have to compete for lake frontage.

JUST SOLD in Edgemoor!

So thrilled to have helped my buyers close on this stunning home with breathtaking views of Bellingham Bay! They're moving up from Bainbridge Island, and it was such a joy working with them throughout this journey. A big thank you to listing brokers Chet Kenoyer and Gina Harris for making this a smooth, seamless transaction from start to finish.

Congratulations to the new homeowners — welcome to the neighborhood! 🎉
