First Time closing a transaction on the Buying side. Was quite the process, but happy to have found these buyers their dream home after more than 7 months of searching and multiple failed deals we were able to negotiate this property into a deal.

Frugal Friday's:

Here is some info a lot of people might not know about Real Estate/Real Estate Brokers

1) We as Brokers are paid exclusively on commissions.

2) You can have more than one broker on any transaction.

3) It is completely FREE to talk to a broker and work with a broker, we get paid from the SELLERS when the house is sold, not before.

4) If your buying property in a different State but your favorite broker is not licensed in that State, he can still “refer” you to an agent in that State (and still get a commission)

5) A broker can also help you on properties you plan to lease

It's been a busy couple of weeks to say the least. Closed on this property earlier this month. This was a tough one, made some mistakes but luckily I have an awesome team to help me learn and improve everyday, I could not have done it without them. Being new in the Business is tough but thankfully my Team is one of the most experienced in Whatcom county and this is just another Friday for them.
