The King County Assessor sent out residential 2026 Property Revaluation Notices on August 6th for several areas including N & S Sammamish Plateaus, Woodinville, Redmond Ridge, Issaquah Highlands, among several others. If you think your new valuation is too high, note that you only have 60 days from the mailing date to file an appeal. Please contact our office if you would like a complimentary analysis, and we can let you know if we find that an appeal is warranted.

The King County Assessor continues to mail out 2026 Property Revaluation Notices for taxes payable in 2027. For Mercer Island waterfront homeowners, please note that due to a physical inspection, the assessor may have changed your waterfront footage. If you would like to know if your property was affected, we recommend that you call the assessor at (206) 296-7300. In addition, we would be happy to provide a complimentary review of your new valuation and let you know if an appeal is warranted.

The King County Assessor is still in the early stages of sending out 2026 Residential Revaluation Notices for taxes payable in 2027. On July 16, notices for the areas of Enumclaw, E Auburn, SE Kent, and E Maple Valley will be mailed to taxpayers. Since you only have 60 days from the mailing date to file an appeal, please contact our office as soon as possible if you would like a complimentary analysis of your new assessment. We can inform you if an appeal is warranted.

It will start with South King County, including commercial areas in Renton, Kent, Burien, Federal Way, and Tukwila, among others.
