I’m puzzled how Biden’s approval ratings are so low. He’s accomplished so much in less than 2 years. What are expecting from him? Especially, when contrasted with sh****ad. Can someone explain how his approval ratings are comparable to asshole’s. It’s a total mystery to me.

My advice. When you sign documents with a dealer who claims that you have been approved, more than likely you have by that dealer who will then attempt to sell that deal to a third party. If and when you get a call from that same dealer demanding the return of the vehicle because your credit has not been approved, I suggest you remind that dealer that it has already extended credit to you and that you do not wish to voluntarily surrender that vehicle. If the vehicle is then repossessed you have been the victim of an unlawful repossession.

We specialize in bringing lawsuit against automobile dealers who engage in spot delivery and yo yo scams where they lie tp customers about financial approval and then later call and demand the return of the vehicle because they were unable to obtian financing. You will find that in most cases these same dealers have actual extended credit themselves under the express terms of tthe retail installment sales agreement.

I seem to be developing a legal speciality late in my career where I represent individuals and families who are attrempting to recover art, money and other valuables stolen by the N***s during World War II. Presently, I represent a Cincinnati family seeking to recover several original Mastisse and Chagall oil paintings and sketch drawings currently in the possession of the Swiss National Museum in Zurich, Switzerland. These valuables belonged to the sister of my client who perished in the Dachau Extermination Camp in 1943. The property stolen by the N***s has been appraised at Forty-Nine Million. We are currently waiting on a decision by the Swiss National Art Academy as to who will have the rights to this property. There is significant legal precedent for the return of artwork stolen by the N***s to their rightful owners which we are relying on. I find this new specialty quite satisfying and would welcome more referrals in this area.
