“I wanted to share my experience with LegalShield as a Landlord. I recommend that all owners of rentals protect themselves and their assets through LegalShield for this reason.

The tenants caused a serious sewage backup under the house they were renting. It involved hazmat and DEQ. None of their belongings were damaged, but they threw their furniture out anyway and then went to a lawyer to sue me for damages of $24,000.

I referred this immediately to the team at LegalShield. An attorney who was experienced in real estate rental matters reviewed the lease agreement and wrote one letter to that tenant’s lawyer. The tenants decided not to pursue their case. This was at no cost to me.

Yes, I carry all the insurances for rentals, but none of it would have covered this. So I am grateful for the help that LegalShield gave and for the peace of mind that it gives me.”

Another happy member!

So happy!! My auto insurance company raised my rate from $200 to $367.87 per month with no explanation or legitimate reason why. I called in and they said it had to do with the government so I obviously wanted to cancel my policy. They said put a stop payment with your bank and it'll cancel out. Well, apparently that didn't work. They still wanted to charge me for that month and sent the matter to collections. I didn't take any crap, just tapped the app and dialed my law firm. They gave me unlimited consultation, unlimited document review and wrote a letter on my behalf. In the two photos here you'll see the letter they wrote for me and the response!! I LOVE my LegalShield membership. It's just good common sense to own.
