This is what its all about.
A good friend called me a few months back, he'd noticed a lot going on at the house next door. Went over to say hello and found out the woman who lived there had passed. Her daughter was there, going through everything.
He asked what the plan was for the house. She wasn't sure yet.
A few days later he mentioned he had a friend in real estate. That's how I got the call.
When I walked through the home it hadn't changed much since 1965. Beautiful bones, full of a life well lived. The daughter needed options laid out clearly and a process that wouldn't add to an already hard season.
