I love a good challenge, and this story is exactly why I do what I do!

Last year, I helped a couple sell a home that had been sitting on the market for a full year with another agent. Two years later, they realized they officially needed a pool home. We listed their place, and boom, it's under contract after the very first showing! 🤯

To keep things stress-free, they stayed at my Airbnb while I went on the hunt. 30 home tours later, we found "the one!" It definitely started out hectic and full of surprises, but we pushed through. I managed to negotiate a deal where they could move their things right into their new garage, and guess what? We are closing TWO WEEKS EARLY this Friday!
