It has been awhile since I have been on my page.
Update:
AR Notary Public has reinstated my Notary for another 10 years. 2024 - 2034.
I have upgraded my business to a LLC. I have (2) personal witnesses that have joined my business. They are a seperate entity. I am backing up the Notary in 8 different banks at Bella Vista, Pea Ridge, Bentonville, and Rogers. I am still serving "shut-ins" too. I do the Notaries in Hospice/Circle of Life, and those in Hospice in their homes.

Jurat - I-9's - All Legal Documents - Real Estate Closings - Mandrian Witnessing - HOSPICE - Mobile Services - Bank Services - Hghlands 55+ complex. Notary Mentoring. New Notaries can also "shadow" me.
Notaries in the State of Arkansas cannot Notarize "court documents" they must be Notarized by the Court Notary.
I have been in "good standings" with the State of Arkansas for 10 + years.
It is very improtant that all "clients" are aware of the who is performing their Notaries.
All Notaries must carry a E/O insurance.

My business will reopen on 5/20/24. I have taken my Oath for reinstatement for 10 more years. The Lord is good to me.
I have moved up a step and now my business has been titled Ginny's Notary Services LLC. I have added 2 witnesses to my business. Their payment for their services will be separate from my services. They have set their service amount to $25 each per/setting. They were my witnesses last year and have been trained by me of how they witness documents. I have a new business card and a new phone number for the business. New number starting 5/20/24 will be 479-721-1974🙏

Christmas is very near. Although it will not be a normal Christmas for many of us. We still have our Lord near. Many have loss loved ones with COVID-10 and maybe the stress has caused many to separate from their loved one. Whatever has happened or not happened we still have to hang in there. Give it to God. That is what I tell myself when something happens unexpectedly in my life.
I pray all of you are hoping and praying for the Holidays to keep us all safe. All we can do is PRAY and give it to the Lord.

Well, we all got through the "different" kind of Thanksgiving Day. That is away from the traditional type of day that many of us are used to. I hope everyone had a "sorta good one" mine, was quiet. I am being very careful due to being around clients and especially those that I service in HOSPICE homes. I pray that this Pandemic will pass soon so that we can all get back to our normal lives. Please, keep a positive attitude and let God be the "guide" of your lives. God be with you ALL!

It is Holidays again. We still have unknown things to look forward too, I have been reading in the news that businesses are closing. I am being told by my clients that some banks are still not doing Notaries. I am here to help. I have been staying pretty steady. This week it has been a little slow. I did an emergency for HOSPICE on Monday. I am still a Volunteer for them.

It does not look like things are getting any better. I am still taking chances and working at my Notary. I also am still doing this outside my car. Fully masked. Nothing has changed there.
I am open to services Mon-Sat 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. I will work on Notaries starting at 1:00 PM on Sundays to 5:00 PM. I am a volunteer Notary for the Circle of Life (HOSPICE) for Bentonville and Springdale.

I am active in working my Notary business with COVID-19 being active. I do not Notary outside my car with a mask on. I ask those that are using my services to do the same. I ask my customers for the safety of us both to bring their own pen so that we do not have to share mine. I will ask for most of the information on the phone so that I can have the ledger filled out. All the customer has to do in most cases is sign it. I carry an E/O (Error and Omissions) of $50,000. I also am a Jurat meaning that I witness Employment I-D's. My prices vary. As of march the 2nd 2020 I will not be available for Notary Services full-time. However I will have the week-ends and evenings to perform these tasks.
I just finished my classes to become a CPA. I feel this is the Lord's Will. The elderlies need help to stay in their own homes. I have experience in this field as a past CNA and taking care of 3 other elderlies. Please pray that those that just finished this class will be successful in this need. Thank You and God Bless You.
