This month's member spotlight is Diane Sengstacke!

Diane is currently President of Home Title Company of Maryland, and a general practice attorney of Sengstacke Law, LLC at 39 E. Churchville Road, Suite 200, Bel Air, MD 21014, being a principal owner since 1991. Diane has celebrated 29 years of owning her own businesses.

She has been working in the real estate industry since 1978, when she started as a legal secretary. She continued to move her way up in the business world as a paralegal from 1980 to 1985, working during the day and going to law school at night. She has been an attorney since 1985, graduating from University of Baltimore School of Law. She ran a title company in Baltimore metropolitan area, and in 1991, she bought the Bel Air branch and formed Home Title Co. of MD., Inc. and Diane L. Sengstacke, Attorney at Law. She did practice law as Sengstacke & Evans, LLC from 2001 to 2019, and now as Sengstacke Law, LLC.

Diane sits on many boards, commissions, and has had professional appointments to committees and boards, and is very active in the community, including the Judicial nominating commission the Maryland Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board for Harford County, Harford County Office of Community and Economic Development Advisory Board, the
Harford County Planning-Zoning Advisory Board, Harford County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association - MSBA, Harford Community College Foundation Board
Harford County Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President of the Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra, Financial Officer of
Upper Chesapeake Chorus of the Sweet Adeline’s International, Welcome One Homeless Shelter Board Member, attorney leader for C. Milton Wright High School Mock Trial team; and the Chesapeake Professional Women's Network - CPWN.
