🏙️ Manchester could see a major new mixed-use development.

A proposal for the Hartnett Lot at 99 Lowell Street would create a 16-story building with 196 residential units, ground-floor commercial space, and a three-story parking garage with 330 spaces.

The project still needs to go through the Planning Board process, so its future has not yet been finalized.

A historic Manchester building is getting a new chapter. 🏙️

The Dunlap Building, originally built in 1889, has undergone a $10 million renovation, creating 27 new downtown apartments while preserving historic features.

It’s an interesting example of how existing buildings can be transformed to create new housing while keeping part of Manchester’s history intact.
