When a home goes “Coming Soon” it builds buzz before it officially hits the market. More eyes early = more competition = better outcome for the seller.

Some major brokerages just agreed to limit those listings to ONE portal.

Zillow or Redfin, but not both. That’s a three year exclusive deal. Meaning sellers at those brokerages get limited exposure right out of the gate.
eXp Realty went a different direction.
They refused to sign any exclusive deal. Instead, Coming Soon listings through eXp will go out to every portal willing to play fair.

No favorites. No walls. Just your home in front of as many buyers as possible before day one.
