“Is it a good time to sell?” 👀
I get this questions a lot! Every broker might give you the “yes, it’s spring/summer time”. That is not always the case in my option!
To me I take a GOAL oriented, strategic approach to advising my clients. Opportunities never disappear for strategic sellers. Low inventory, serious buyers, and rising demand in the right areas could mean your home is worth more than you think- HOWEVER this market is entirely different and most brokers haven’t seen this type of market environment for a while or ever.new all know this business is hard, and you have to be a professional for the long haul to see multiple market cycles. 🏡✨
This market, is higher inventory levels, slow moving buyers and long days on market is what’s happening. Buyers are sentimentally driven and each price bracket has its own strategy for it. I would describe the market/buyers as volatile, moody, unpredictable and both daunting and opportunity filled. So I advice my clients accordingly and VERY carefully for each of their goals to serve their best interest’
The real question isn’t “Should I sell?”It’s “Am I ready to maximize my opportunity and how do I do that ?”
