If you have completed title work at our office and received a pink slip, please make sure you carefully review your official title once it arrives in the mail from PennDOT!
Unfortunately, PennDOT has made numerous errors over the past several months, and we want to help our customers avoid unnecessary fees and complications.
🚨 IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE 30 DAYS!
We allow a 30-day grace period from the date of your transaction to correct any errors at no additional charge. After those 30 days, correction fees will apply.
✅ PLEASE VERIFY ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR TITLE:
* Full Name
* Address
* Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
* Vehicle Year
* Make
* Model
⚠️ If you notice ANY errors, please contact our office immediately!
As explained during your transaction, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all paperwork received from PennDOT and notify us of any discrepancies within the allotted timeframe.
We cannot stress this enough: PLEASE DO NOT put your title away without reviewing it first!
Taking just a few minutes to double-check your paperwork can save you additional fees, delays, and headaches down the road.
