Attention, All Title Customers!
Moving forward, if you need us to retrieve paperwork from a previous transaction completed at our office, you will need to provide ALL of the following information:
* Exact date of the transaction
* Transaction type: New Plate, Plate Transfer, or Title Only
* VIN number
* Plate number, if applicable
There is a $40.00 fee to request and retrieve previously completed records from our office.
Please understand that we do not file paperwork by customer name. Our records are organized by date and transaction type, which is why this information is required.
If you do not have the information listed above, you will need to request your paperwork directly from PennDOT and pay any applicable PennDOT fees.
Most importantly, when you leave our office after completing your transaction, you are provided with all of the information and documentation you need. Please keep your paperwork in a safe place. If your paperwork is lost and we need to retrieve copies of your records, there will be a fee for our time and assistance.
