Some deals take a little more time, patience, and the right buyer to make everything align for both parties but we did it!! After several open houses, a few offers that we could not come to terms with, and a few other hiccups along the way.. I kept on working to try and get this to the closing table. The buyer was so happy and she might just bring a new food truck around the area... we will see!

Congrats to Kathy on closing a chapter of her past and having the weight off her shoulders to a life she was once living. Thankful to my lovely co worker from a few years back that referred her aunt to me!

Last week I had the pleasure of helping this lovely lady sell her home. It was time for her to move into an independent living apartment. A big thank you to her four children for trusting me to help their mom with this sale!

The page has been quiet but the business has not!
It has been another insanely busy month. I have truthfully not been able to catch my breath most days. I am really grateful for the continued support, referrals, and patience from my clients and friends 🙈🙏🏽

One of the amazing deals I have going is getting this beauty under contract!

What a ride it has been with two of my favorite clients. When they decided to move back, they wanted to live in a big Victorian home. Bay City really has some beauties with so much history but we could not find anything in the timeline they needed. They bought a beautiful house on the water but still couldn't shake the idea of a victorian so we kept looking to see what was out there over the past year. They offered on a few but they just needed too much work for them and we lost out on a few as well.

The stars have aligned and they finally found the perfect one!

Happy closing day to my sellers who can relax and enjoy the winter without having two houses! Also, to the the first time homeowner who is excited for her brand new kitchen! 🤩

Really appreciate the referral from my friend and old colleague. Earlier this week I had the pleasure of selling this really well maintained home for my 84 year old client. It’s time for her to live in a complex so she is not alone anymore and doesn’t have any maintenance!

We really bonded and I was so grateful she called me because I did not know her prior to selling this. She has two boys and neither one wanted this plant. She decided to give it to me 🥹😍🙏🏽

This week my friends from college signed the papers and sold their first house. They bought this shortly after graduating and started travel nursing around the country. The house has served them so well over the years. They are building a new home and sometimes with new adventures comes new challenges but I appreciate them so very much for allowing me to help ❤️
